UH 2019-2020 National Commercial: Game Day, Any Day

We have become very proud of our tradition of wearing red on Cougar Red Fridays. Similar to our Cougars who take the field or court in athletics competition, we treat it seriously, like Game Day.

But when it comes to Cougar spirit, Game Day is really Any Day. And that is the theme of the 2019-2020 University of Houston institutional video, the formal name for the commercial that airs during every televised Houston Cougar athletics event, starting with football season.

This year’s video, titled “Game Day, Any Day,” produced by our very own Division of Marketing and Communications, celebrates our pride in our University’s colors and traditions no matter the day of the week. And it’s brought to you by the familiar voice of one of our better-known Houston Alumni, award-winning actor Dennis Quaid.
